DCON Recap
District Convention (DCON) is where clubs from all over the Southwest District come together to celebrate the end of the service year and bond on their love for volunteering. The main points of every DCON is the awards, elections, workshops and fun!

Elections
Ambitious Key Clubbers campaigned all weekend long to be voted onto the new district board. The voting process was through a system called House of Delegates where representatives from each club voted for new board members after their whole club listens to each candidates speech.
Workshops
Workshops were run by board members. There were workshops like "How to Take off being a Leader" , Karaoke, "Crafts from Around the World" , etc. The workshops were interactive presentations that could be fun, educational, or both!
