A signed copy MUST be emailed to Mel ( before 6/28/2023 and bring the originals with you to Anaheim.

  • Western AZ: McDonald’s in Quartzsite at 1241 W Main Quartzsite, AZ at 9am

Full Tour:

The Full Tour package includes the following:

  • 6 Nights at the Anaheim Hilton

  • Round trip by bus from Phoenix*

  • Disneyland on 4th of July

  • Key Club International Convention

*Those interested in the Full Tour, but not traveling from Phoenix or Western AZ

should see the Independent Travel section below for details on reduction of

registration fees and timing of arrival.

Full Tour package pricing:

  • Key Clubber Quad: $1,500 per person

  • Key Clubber Triple: $1,650 per person

  • Adult Double: $1,800 per person

  • Adult Single: $2,300 per person



Convention Only:

Short on time or funds? Skip the extra days and excursions.

The Convention Only option includes:

  • 4 Nights at the Anaheim Hilton

  • Key Club International Convention

  • T-Shirt and collectible trading pin

Convention Only pricing:

  • Key Clubber Quad: $900 per person

  • Key Clubber Triple: $1,000 per person

  • Adult Double: $1,100 per person

  • Adult Single: $1,600 per person

Travel is NOT included in the Convention Only option.

Payment Schedule:

  • Non-Refundable $250 per person Deposit due upon registration

  • Balance is due by May 30th

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Mel Otten. The initial deposit is non-refundable. Partial refunds for cancellations requested after May 30th will be subject to expenses incurred by the District, and will be paid after the convention.

*Independent Travel Details

Full Tour participants arranging their own transportation to and from the Anaheim Hilton will have $200 subtracted from their registration. Participants using this "Independent Travel" option will need to arrange both getting to/from Anaheim and ground transportation to/from the Anaheim Hilton. Participants will need to arrange their flights and other transportation to arrive at the Anaheim Hilton within the window needed to meet up with the group coming on the bus on July 3rd (those details will be provided as soon as they are available).
