Major Emphasis Projects - MEPs

Key Club International partners with three organizations each year to help serve the children of the world.  Key Clubbers around the globe fund raise to help Unicef, March of Dimes, and Children's Miracle Network Hospitals.  We encourage clubs and divisions to hold service projects or fundraisers that benefit these organizations.  Below is some information about what each organization does and how you, your club, and your division can help them.

Major Emphasis Projects - MEPs

 Children's Miracle Network

Since 1983, Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals has raised more than $5 billion for 170 children’s hospitals across the United States and Canada.  These donations have gone to support research and training, purchase equipment, and pay for uncompensated care, all to save and improve the lives of as many children as possible. Right now there’s a Children’s Miracle Network Hospital working to save the lives of kids in your community. In fact, 62 children enter a Children’s Miracle Network Hospital for treatment every minute — that's one child every second. Regardless of why the kids are there, Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals always have their doors open.

Erika's Lighthouse

Our mission is to make sure no young person feels alone in their depression. We are dedicated to creating a community of empathy and education. We create upper elementary, middle school and high school teen depression awareness programs so educators and teens can create safe spaces to learn about depression, letting students know they are never alone, and there is somewhere to turn.
