Kiwanis & Parent Guests
You don't have to be a Key Club member for District Convention to be a live changing experience.
If you are chaperoning, you must stay at the hotel (DoubleTree Phoenix/Tempe) and you should be included on the registration for the Key Club for which you are a chaperone, so this page is not for you. Please reach out to your Key Club's faculty advisor to make sure they have your information.
If you are the proud parent of a District Board member or Kiwanian who is not a chaperone but want to join in the celebration, this page has the forms and information you need to join us at District Convention.
Overnight Guests
Overnight guests must have a completed and up-to-date Kiwanis background check. If you are a Kiwanian, please reach out to your Kiwanis Club Secretary and ask them to confirm your background check status. If needed, they should order you an update.
Overnight guests should download and complete the Individual DCON Registration Form linked below. Once completed, it should be emailed to KeyClubConvention@SWDKiwanis.org. Deadline is February 26, 2024.
Meals Only Guests
Can't spend the weekend? That's okay, we also have a meals only option. Download the Guest Meals Registration Form linked below. Let us know which meals we'll see you at and whether you want a convention t-shirt and pin, and email your form to KeyClubConvention@SWDKiwanis.org. Guest meal registration deadline is March 1st.
