DCON  2026 Registration

Overview: 

Registration includes meals (2 breakfasts, 1 lunch, 2 dinners), DCON shirt & pin, materials, & lodging:

Single Occupancy (1 person) - $630.00 per person

Double Occupancy (2 people) - $442.00 per person

Triple Occupancy (3 people) -  $380.00 per person

Quad Occupancy (4 people) -  $348.00 per person

** We can help you find roommates for a higher occupancy room, BUT can't guarantee it. 

 

​For those attending the K-Family Luncheon ONLY (Kiwanians, CKI members, parents/guests, etc) :

$45.00 per person, include lunch, t-shirt, name tag

Registration Form:

The registration form will provide all details on who is attending DCON with your club. All instructions are in the form, including how to contact us with questions. Feel free to reach out with any questions.

Required Documents:

The following forms are required for students, adults, and/or clubs attending DCON: 

• Event Code of Conduct (Students ONLY)

• Statement of Assurances (Advisors and Chaperones ONLY)

• Medical Form (All Attendees)

• Photo Release Form  (All Attendees)

• Certificate of Election (lists 2 voting delegates per club, 1 form per club required)

• Shared Chaperone Statement  (required if duties are being shared with other club advisors/chaperones)
